Maxuni Industry Group Ltd. is a privately owned ISO 9001 2000 certified company. We specialize in producing high-quality plastic injection moulds and injection moulded products for the international market and have been engaged in the manufacturing sector since 1987.

We are managed by professional European, American, South African and Chinese staff with many years of experience in mould design, moulding technology and quality control. Our clients are therefore able to communicate with us freely in English, German, French and Chinese.

Because we build exclusively for the international market, mainly Europe and North America, we have developed an excellent understanding of the technical and quality requirements needed. We build tools to fit your expectations and match your standards.

Maxuni acknowledges the importance of protecting the intellectual property of our clients. You can be assured of complete confidentiality. Our premises is manned by 24 hour security with key-card access and video surveillance in key areas. Our internal engineering computer network is isolated from any outside connections.

Since opening our present factory in 2004 we have seen continual and rapid growth each year, going from producing 200 tools per year to over 600 in the current year. This growth in volume has been coupled with a growth in experience and we are proud to say that we can build almost any type of injection mould.

To support our continued growth we have formed Maxuni Industry Group to develop a one-stop solution and delivery chain. This group of companies will grow to offer services in mould making, plastic injection, metal die casting and product design.

We have also embarked on an ambitious plan to build a second mould building facility in Zhuhai. With an initial development plan spread over four years, this 15,887 square meter / 171,000 square foot production area will have many advanced features such as automated materials delivery, automated machining and capability of building and testing larger moulds. It will also give us the capacity to handle large packages of tooling efficiently and in one place.

The new mould facility will also feature an in-house tecknikon, or training and research center, allowing us to work with customers and training institutions throughout the world to develop our skills and abilities and provide an excellent place for on-the-job experience for graduate students.
